Happy that it seems this movie turned out all right. Johnson certainly is an actor whose inclinations—toward self-parody and the offbeat—are underused. But this often happens to the big guys: Watch Vin Diesel in "Find Me Guilty" and mourn the loss of a coulda-been career. And Hart is often the right guy in the wrong movie, a man of boundless energy and ire, with a healthy dose of hysteria. Your comparison to "Midnight Run"—another instance in which two diametrically opposed performers mesh seamlessly—is especially encouraging. Looking forward to "C.I."
