My experience shopping with clubfactory has always been good ... before the prices were really cheap but now they have increased... now the prices are equal to road side products we buy ... on the app u can’t bargain on roads u can .... the quality of jewellery is really good .... rest all products are okayish ... It takes 20 days for product to get delivered to mumbai ... I have always received my product ... they hav cod option too with charges ... if the product is unavailable after you placed the order.... they return the money to the original payment mode or credits... call center always answers questions ... only the return policy is bad ... you have to pack and courier your product yourself if you don’t want something .... which is very time consuming and too much hassle....
