This company is a total scam. My friend took their membership and is struggling badly to get bookings. They make everything sound great while selling, but once you pay, it’s all excuses. Don’t fall for their fake positive reviews – they are scamsters with no shame.
I even spoke to the sales guy who sold the membership, and he himself admitted that the company is fraud after he has left the company. They don’t use the membership money for bookings. Instead, they keep that money with them and force customers to pay annual maintenance fees again and again once their weekly quota is full. With that money, they only book cheap hotels during off-season. So basically, your membership fee is just stuck with them.They have also turned off comments on Instagram because people were exposing them. Now they only post fake positive videos.
Another big trap – in their agreement it is clearly mentioned that they can increase annual maintenance charges anytime they want. On top of that, if you ever file a case, it will only be accepted in Delhi court. This is done just to harass customers so they give up.
Most of us in India are middle-class people.
Why waste hard-earned money on a 10- or 15-year membership with no guarantee that the company will even survive that long? If you book trips on your own, you will definitely spend less and also have peace of mind.
Please don’t fall into the same trap as my friend. This company is nothing short of a fraud operation disguised as a travel service. Their so-called “management” is filled with crooks and liars who manipulate customers with fake promises and fabricated positive reviews — most of which are written by their own employees, like Dips Rajput, pretending to be happy customers.
They lure you in with smooth talk and flashy presentations, promising 4-star or 5-star hotels, but once they have your money, all you get are cheap 3-star accommodations—if you even get anything at all!
And the worst part? The moment you question them or raise a complaint, they block your ID and password so you can’t access your account or booking history. This is how they silence unhappy customers and keep their image clean online.
