Scam Alert! Avoid at all costs!
This company is a complete scam. They lure you in with fancy promises of luxury holidays and 5-star stays, but once they get your money, youll realize you can never actually book anything!
You have to follow up with them 100 times to get some bookings done. Tilly he last minute? They will not share a confirmed booking.
Most of the time they refuse bookings for weekends, holidays, or month ends. Every time theres a new excuseblackout period, booking window closed, or no seats left. - which they had told at the time of buying that there is no such concept for members. Even when something is available, theyll only offer a 3-star property (and that too when its cheap).
Theres no one to escalate issues to, no customer service that helps, and absolutely no accountability. We feel completely cheated and regret trusting them.
