Get The Hell Out Of This Shi*hole!

I had worked in this sh*y call center for a year and got to know about how red tapism works.. this is one of the worst companies on earth..can’t help it..its a CALL CENTER at the end of the day. I was working with Microsoft EPS and to be honest, it was one of the most awesome platforms for freshers to hone their technical skills..because you all must be aware of the experience-fresher cycle...anyway, I was lucky to work with the SBS team..and trust me, it was one of the most awesome-est experience! I kid you not..when it comes to learning, nothing beats CVG...but gradually things started to worsen.


First of all, the managers, a BIG PAIN IN THE YOU-KNOW-WHERE..I didn’t really expect managers to act such a#oles...can’t help it...its again coming back to the red tapism thingy ( though these motherf^&kas had climbed the ladders all the way from engineers)....but anyway, I had my plans to leave this company because of this very reason...INJUSTICE TO ENGINEERS who spill their blood to get the most complex technological issues concerned to Microsoft fixed and treated like rags...COME ON!! Guys, who might be sticking to this sh&y company, I am pretty sure you might be having some family pressure and crap like that (I am done with my colleagues cribbing about their family thingy, find them kinda SPINELESS).


But anyway, back to the thingy, I know EPS was something which people used to die to get into..it was like the HOLY GRAIL for anyone who wanted to master the Microsoft Enterprise Platform..why treat it in such a degraded manner..come on, just because we are Indians, doesn’t mean you slap the stereotype right on your face that cheap labor’s gonna hold up any sht and serve like docile canines for the the first-world...treat us some respect..atleast, TREAT THIS MO$%^RFKIN PROCESS with some respect...it is the holy temple of knowledge for people who crave for technology..don’t f*k it up..rather make it more liberal and PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, get rid of the redtapism..there’s hardly any job security here (can’t complain its a call center at the end of the day, thats why people leave after working for 2 years max)... :D


But still do try making it a congenial environment where employees have the right to MOT@#$FCIN RAISE THEIR OPINION and get it across the management...please..DON’T JOIN THIS COMPANY, if you are not good at handling the entire management bureaucracy bullht (I was done with that sht, and plus I was done with my learning to progress further), so it didn’t really matter to me... remember guys, join this company, work for a couple of months, hone your technical skills AND GET THE FC# OUT THIS CR%PHOLE! :D
