I purchased CK27 membership in 2011 and not used a single vacation. Like other reviewes, I also fell into their trap / marketing gimmicks and paid 1.8lacs upfront. The promises made to me at the selling were all false when went to book first vacation. I immediately requested to cancel the membership and refund the money.
Since then their only reply is "membership can not be cancelled."
My question is why.
Guys spread this company’s policy and tell people not to be trapped in their net.
I have gone to consumer court also and waiting for the outcome.
