After launching complaint and getting reaction on 23rd December that we can’t provide you hotels before 10th of Jan as i have made the payment after confirming from them booked my flights for 1st Jan 2024 and i have take my car and reached there office at sector 63 Noida after meeting with Mr Manoj they committed me that we can’t do anything right now but giving you a promise that on Tuesday 26th you will get your booking vouchers but hotels they provided earlier was not available so they give me new options which are average but i have chosen from them also but today on 26th i have continuing following him everytime they are just giving me few minutes you will receive your mail and now no response.
Totally fraud totally cheater i just have one option left to go to court and tomorrow for sure we will take the help of local police to close these fraud company.
