I am the biggest admirer of Ratna TATA, because such a low service from Croma, Ratna ji name is spoiled.
I brought a Washing machine from Croma online and the washing machine is having problem in starting, since it’s in warranty period, I raised a service request.
The SLA was 48-72 hours is what they said, but it has been about 5days and nobody has contacted regarding the issue. I tired calling multiple times to customer care but they have no idea about technicians and when they will visit.
