A very painful experience from your customer so called executive. Named " Saurav " who had received my call. I had called from 9886459525.
I wanted to have a new connection and was same browsing online and while placing order I wanted an option for cash on delivery. Unable to find I ring up to the number 1800-8810-111. Mr. Saurav there thinks he is the only one who knows each and everything. 1st question do you even have quality there. How was the certification done. He was so rude on call he also told me that I am just passing time by calling.
Why is a skillset given to a person who dont even know the language.
Is this the way to show courtesy to customer. The very 1st call was so annoying do u even expect me to buy a product. I can understand the heights of service level that I will be going to get if at all I buy it.
However as an apology I would demand the Senior Manager or the Client of the particular location where call was landed to either call me or mail me an apology letter along with an apology call from Saurav.
Also to mention when I asked him that where was he talking from, the reply was that what can you do by knowing the place.
To want me as your customer, I need what I have been demanded.
