This courier service is really very slow. I had ordered my micromax a1 phone from paytm and unfortunately the courier service was provided by Delhivery. The phone got shipped on 1 may but it took 5 days to reach .Even though expected delivery provided by paytm was 6 may, other courier services are much faster .
Next I ordered a memory card from other courier service and it got delivered within two days even though it was shipped from same venue . This is not the first time I have experienced late delivery from Delhivery. My brother has had several bad experiences with the courier service . I would suggest you to cancel your order if courier service is Delhivery and go for some other service
