I really don’t know whether the reviews shared here are real or not. I found this number from Google. Along with this company I was in discussion with several other companies as well.
This person gave me a quotation for 20500 from Delhi to Kolkata. I asked him repeatedly over calls and messages, to send me the complete quotation including taxes and transfers and everything.
But he kept telling me that I don’t need to pay anymore money as this is the final amount. Only if I opt for insurance, I have to pay extra 1500-2000 max to max.
Now they have send me a bill of 30, 040. And when I asked him about the extra amount, he told me that I have to pay the entire amount.
If any of my friends make a transfer again, he will lower the lost but not in our case. He kept on telling me that they will provide me discount next time, because they have made the bill and they have given the stamp so they cannot change the amount. I asked him to make a new bill, but he constantly told me that this is not possible to make a new bill as they have stamped it.
This company is a big fraud. First, they told me that I have to pay 80%, but once I receive my belongings, I will pay the rest 20%. now they are asking for the entire amount or they won’t deliver my belongings.
The person told me that he is not the boss. Then, I asked him make me talk to the boss. He simply told me the boss is out of town
