Again one more issue I am facing with Dish TV. Here is for your information
I have made a payment of Rs 355/- using https://dishtvindia.com website. As soon as it opened, you can see there is an option ’Renew Now’ at the top right side. I clicked on that, entered my VC number. As soon as you enter the VC number, it shows the details like, owner name, contact number, dealer id and etc
After confirming these details, I made a payment through credit card
Till yesterday (11th June 2008), it was not updated to my account. Yesterday I raised a complaint and they gave me the complaint number 13800835 and I was told to wait for 4-24 hrs. On 12th June 2008 by 7pm again I called the customer care and on asking the status of the complaint number, they said that, you have made the payment for different VC number
Now can you imagine how frauds they are???
This might be happening with other customers across India too.
