Iam a user of dish tv.
Price for the service is average.
The biggest problem is difficulty in connecting with the customer care people.
When we dial the customer care number and through IVR when we key in out Dish number or registered mobile number. The IVR doesnt deduct the typed numbers correctly which makes us irritated and repeat the process again and again. We could rarely connect to the customer care even when we connect they donot know local language mostly, their communication in english is also not upto the mark.
So it becomes difficult for us to know the details.
Other than this the watching experience is good. Even during rains the watching experience is hindered only rarely.
