Recently dishtv added Rs 10 to my monthly pack charges without informing me. On inquiring they said this is "handling charge" as I belong to D42(?) city. I asked them to explain what exactly they mean by "handling charge" and where is it mentioned on their website.
They said it is due to rising input cost and applied to all customers, but not updated on their website. Looks like this is yet another way dishtv is extorting customers.
