This is purely fake, dont believe. These people will send initial amount invoice copy to create a good impression, later they will request some bigger amount to arrange the interview. After that they will not respond to your phone call and email.
I lost my initial amount, purposefully they are cheating dont believe.

Completely Fraud company. To attract you they can even create fake LinkedIn profiles of testimonies, can share with you the testimonies and when you check those testimonies you will find that they are either their employees or some persons paid for giving fake testimonies in Australia and Canada.
They will trap you with wrong commitments and even fake interviews.
Dont fall in their trap. They will just make you fool. First they will share the mail saying that this is only VISA processing fee and once you go in depth on the Australian immigration site you will find that the amount for you and your spouse is much higher. When I asked them about this they said that this is their fees and the VISA fees will be paid by the employer who is sponsoring you.
The worst part is that when you get interviewed by the Australian person whom they initially call an Australian govt counsellor, this person will show very rosy pictures of Australia with high salaries and many more lucrative offers which do not exist under the Skill in Demand process. Dont go with their testimonies, all these are paid people or their staff only.
I have been cheated by them with almost 30, 000 and before giving another 3 lacs, I at least enquired everything about them and saved this money.
Pls pls dont fall in their trap at any cost.

Disappointing Experience with Misleading Promises and Poor Customer Service
I had a very disappointing experience with Esse India. Before making the payment, their team explained only part of the process, making it seem very simple and straightforward. However, once the payment was made, they suddenly introduced additional procedures and unexpected charges that were never discussed earlier.
This kind of practice feels very misleading and unprofessional. As a customer, I expected full transparency and proper guidance throughout the process. Instead, I felt trapped in a situation where I had no choice but to comply with their additional demands after payment.
Their communication was not clear, and I felt that the company prioritized making money over genuinely helping their clients. I hope they work on being more honest and customer-focused in the future.
While I wont mention any names, I sincerely hope the organization improves its approach to communication and prioritizes honesty and customer satisfaction over profit.
I would not recommend their services based on my experience.
