I bought eurreka forbes because it is such a big name in the Aqua gaurd department, and water filteration.so after looking at the branding and all the advertisement I decided to buy this water purifier at 17000 rupees .I was happy with it for 2 months but I didn’t lasted very long.
The water filter that I was in the water purifier crahsed, I was in warrenty so I called the complainy and they sent a repair guy.The repairman checked and said it will take 4500 to replace the filter, I told him I was under warrenty and under a part failure you are eligible to replace ot for free.
But then he showed me the policy in which stated that company will not be liable to replace for free for parts like taste enhancer, water membrane purifier filter etc.I was really shocked as what is left if all not covered and who reads this T& C.i was really disappointed and had to pay after 5 days of argument on call support.
I will not recommend as you may pay and still again have to pay 4k is not good at all for anyone thinking of buying this product as most of the parts are not covered so its like having no warrenty at all .
