Eureka Forbes is not an such small name in the water purifying department. The reason why I bought out the first time I saw it. I was not expecting it to perform so low and bad parts installed in the product. I was really surprised.
The seller told me it will be installed the same day and at 15k I got this purifier home thinking its a one time investment. But I was wrong. Some part of it was broken and needed to be replaced only just after 1 and a half month. But they said these things are not under warranty.
I was not happy and gave 2500 for repair for a new product and I felt like I have been cheated. Then again it was broken and again repair of 1000 I was so fed up that I just sold out to local electrician say 9000. It was OK as it was eating up more and more of my money and never expected this from eureka forbes. Very bad experience don’t buy.
