We purchased a Eureka Forbes Vacuum Cleaner(Supremo) on 1st Jan 2008. The sales man who came for a demo promised to deliver a FREE hand bag and cutlery set along with the cleaner.
Till date we have not received anything INSPITE of several reminders. Worst part is a I wrote a mail to customer service giving details of the salesman along with his name and mobile number, forget action I did not even get an acknowlegement to my mail.
The shocking thing was that I realised the guy was just a mere salesman and he introduced himself as the Area Sales Manager! Sick.! Another fake, everything is fake!
I really don’t understand why do these guys get down to cheap and fake promises. It’s the most unprofessional company I have known so far. Worst customer service, it’s a pity in this world where we believe that "customer is the King" these guys treat customer as a Pauper!
I feel bad to say that they are cheats and only hope that they atleast TRY to improve their customer service!
