I would have given it a 0 if the option had been available.


I raised a request 20days back for Water leakage in the water purifier. They promised to solve the issue in 24 hours.


Every day, I called customer care and even emailed them.


Same answer: it will be resolved in 24 hours.


After 20 days a technician visited and said there is a problem in motor and he will replace it tomorrow


After 2 days another technician visited ans said problem in some electronic circuit and promised it will be solved by evening.


Now that guy not responding to phone calls


This is not the first time, and their service is very bad.


In other words, I can say there is no after-sales service.


Please don’t buy their products.


They also suggested me to pay AMC(1 year of free service and warranty), and I did.


As they don’t even provide after-sales service, there is no way this AMC is useful for me, and it’s a waste of money.
