Hi All , At the end of the 17 day now I knew everything of excitel like they are fraud in terms of policies because in front of them their local partner demanded 1200 rupees for cable + 500 for installation + 1000 for 100 mbps plan , After paid 2700 then from next day getting 5 to 30 mbps speed in 100 mbps plan . Also I registered multiple complaints for the speed but they told me that “kaam chala lo” then I demanded for upgradation to fiber but they told me that we need 2500 for onu device which is written 2000 on website and official pages but still no fiber line and solution and my month is going to finish . Also on excitel app they allow me only 100 mbps plan to recharge because other plans are not visible to me so they told me to pay 1000 rupees every month. Paid 2700 on installation but internet not working properly then again demanding 2500 for fiber . Excitel team now its my turn to treat you what is right for you . I am gonna show this service to all public through all social media sites and now public decided it this right that excitel is going to survive in the market .
