I sent items from Bangalore to WB.
I was promised it would reach within 10 - 12 days. But after they reached Kolkata, they were kept there for several days. Choudhary kept saying it will be delivered "tomorrow". Finally, we had to threaten him and get contact number of the guy in Kolkata. That guy had to be "requested" as if he is the customer and we are the service provider. Finally, goods reached the place but no door to door service was provided.
