There service is extremely bad. I ordered a flower and personalized gift on 23rd May to be delivered in metro city(Kolkatta). after repeated calling at consumer center on 23rd, 24th 26th, 28th and 29th - I always get same reply that their delivery team is not available or it will take 7 days to reach the gift.
The gift is supposed to reach on 24th at max by 26th but today is 7th working day and after 3 calls the consumer call center person Ruchi told me that the gift will be delivered in next few days. The call center person Ruchi took me on hold for more than 30 mins on call to tell that the delivery will happen in next few days and does not gave me any number or email id to escalate the issue.
My discussion with their customer care person ended when she after putting for 30 mins hold and then disconnected the phone. The order number is 701909583. Extremely poor service and equally poor customer service. they charge premium on your product for brand value. What brand value? They even fail to understand that gifts on occasion need to be delivered on specified date and time.
