This is the third time it has happened to me, unfortunately First Flight is used by both HDFC bank and ICICI bank to send cheque books and PINs. They keep collecting the money from the banks saying no one at home or incorrect address when the same day BlueDart delivers the ATM card at the same address. They are notorious for this; previously Homeshop18 and Flipkart also used them and they did the same for one package with me.
It’s time for people to file criminal complaints against them.
