I ordered a samsung galaxy j3 pro worth 6990 on 7 th october 2017. There was an offer of 10% cashback with axis bank debit card.
I have applied the offer and the order was completed showing that 10% cash back offer has applied and it will be credited to the bank account by 10th january 2018
It is a matter of regret that they have not credited the amount yet.
Another thig is that if you order in cash on delivery mode it is okay but if u buy through debit card and cancell within a few minute they will not return your money instantly.Generally they give a deadline of 7 days but in fact they are not return your money within the deadline.
