Hello my dear all friends I am Anjali gupta going to share my very bad experience of shopping from this site. As I have shopped on other shopping sites like amazon, Myntra, snapdeal etc. these all are very popular sites. I had started to shop when I had got my phone. At that I didn’t know much about any sites so I asked to my very close friend and she advised me to try on flipkart. Without any questions, I came home and downloaded this app and registered and did all that needed. I didn’t need to shop anything at that time. I had just downloaded it and kept it. I was offered per days. After some days or weeks, I liked a pant for my brother, it was good so I placed my first order for my brother, it was a pant. Its price was ₹499. It was ok almost. It is a matter before three months. I had to receive my order on 20th of January. I was waiting for that day. I had received my order and I seen my order, it was not mine. I returned it but it was problems to refund. I had contacted to to customer care but thier rude way of talking hurt. So I again order it instead of my refund and I got my order at my home. It was exact my order, that was a pant. But its quility was very bad as compare to its price. It was costly so it must be very well in quality but it was. After this experience, I never shop on this and deleted it.
