It was my first time when unfortunately I decided to give foodpanda a try after seeing their
Cashback deal.My appetite was on its peak so around 7:30 PM I ordered food for me and my friend and I paid through Internet banking.Payment was successful but din’t get any acknowledgement from FP in terms of SMS or order confirmation.I waited for 40 mins eagerly with no luck then tried to contact them via chat support, a lady was responding like "Give me a moment" frequently in every 20 minutes. I tried on their Toll Free no. Several times too but they hung up as I tried to explain what happened.
It was more than an hour and I was middle of no where.Finally I got a call.
An unprofessional guy was speaking in weird english and told me that server was down and FP hadn’t get my order, so that’s why it took some long time bla bla. It gave me a real hard time and disappointment, he transferred my call to vendor, who was asking the address and milestones so that he could reach me easily(it was really unprofessional and ridiculous).i told about nearest milestones then he replied FP dsn’t deliver in my region.
It blown my head.what the heck, they have a filter on their website which checks locality if service is available in that area or not and it was passed successfully.
I realised my money was looted and there was nothing to do with these crookers unprofessional foodpanda thug.
They hung up call. Now I don’t know how to get my money back. I am extremely disappointed.
I doubt if foodpanda can survive in this competitive niche where DOMINOS, PHD and other vendors are offering qos with commitment.
Never ever again, also won’t recommend anyone else to go for it.
After looting money these thug will leave you die of hunger.:(
