I have bought products from mostly all online shopping websites like amazon.in, flipkart.com, myntra, shopclues.com etc. I had ordered a mobile phone from amazon.in and used the mobile phone for about two days.However, after using the phone for two days I decided to return it back and buy a new phone.
I informed the amazon customer service and they helped me in returning my product .The phone was returned in in 3 days time and the money was also transferred in my account in a weeks time.Amazon.in provides the best customer service among all shopping websites.
Since it is an international brand they are very much concerned about the customer and take care of customer satisfaction. Flipkart.com does not provide such high level of customer service. Since it is an Indian brand it does not take that much effort in satisfaction of the customer.
These Indian brands talk about customer satisfaction but do not stay true to their words.If you are looking to buy something online I would say amazon.in is the best website to buy online
