URL redirects suddenly stops working.
Called support( Tech Support), they even do not understand what URL rediect is.
Amazed by the lack of skill.
Frustrated.
The guys on support are purely sales and try to talk about different options. I went step by step about - how URL redirects are to be set but alas.
After many change overs, one guy went along with me to the URL redirect but did not even have basic knowledge about the issue or even what I was asking.
My suggestion to goDaddy is to have tech team separated from sales team. If you call for a trouble and you get sales talk then it frustrating.
My issue is not yet solved.
