I will not say it is best but a good hair oil. It is not so oily. It keeps your hair light. It is a very light hair oil. It keeps your hair shiny. It also has a good fragnance. Its price is also not so high. Its good and in budget for normal people. But you dont expect too high quality in that price. Compare to its price its ok.
