I bought a tvs apache from this agency and there was some braking problem in the bike and we took it to the agency after a month . the mechanics there adjusted the brake and told us that it is fine and tried to convince us that it is all right. I showed them other bikes in the agency which were not having the problem, so they did not do it.
My dad then called the customer care and reported a complaint , after afew days a phone call came from the agency to bring our bike to the agency and to make the brake good again.
This time the head of agency took care of the problem and they were still not able to bring the brake to position so they changed the whole braking and silensor assembly and then the problem was resolved. So I may say that the job was done satisfactorily
