I am a customer of HDFC bank, I have taken a loan from HDFC and Centurion Bank of Punjab, now Centurion Bank of Punjab is merged with HDFC. I requested HDFC to merge both the loans and let me pay only single installment instead of two, for which they put some criteria and said it is not possible.
I am paying the installments regularly without any default still I am not able to get any help from the bank. Earlier they used to call me n number of times in a week asking for another loan and now they are not even replying to my queries, I can understand this is not the right time for everyone including the bank due to recession, but still I can expect some positive reply for my queries.
Any one has any kind of information on merging of loans or sort of a balance transfer as the outstanding principle amount is very less now. If they agreed to merge the loan then I will have to pay only one fourth of what I am paying now.
