I purchased Hitachi AC last year in April and it stopped cooling in September. We did not use it after that as weather changed after a few days . We raised a complained in April this year and there was some gas leakage problem. It was rectified as per the person who came to resolve the issue. And now again same problem is occuring. Itssveen just a month thta ac is repaired and gas is filled.
Moreover, it’s been 3 days now. That we have raised a complain. No one has come yet. It’s scorching heat and impossible to live without ac these days. And we have not got any call or confirmation for a service. We daily contact these people but they jst keep on postponding it.
I am writing this as I have got tired of their false promises. And I won’t suggest anyone to go with this AC option
