This is regarding a recent purchase I did from Home Town. The customer service is pathetic, actually pathetic is not the word. I have never received a customer service like this any time before. I did a purchase in the month of November and got the delivery in December. After waiting for a month for delivery the item sent was defective, when I called the so called store manager he is saying it’s because they have not sent their best fitter. Till today while posting this blog I have not got the furniture fitted.
I won’t suggest anyone to purchase anything from home town. I am not sure if I should use these words here but no other way to express my feelings Home town customer care sucks, management sucks.
I wish somehow this blog is read by hometown owner, and he or she realizes what kind of customer service they are providing.
