What can be more worsest that they enter our room using master key without our permission when we went for sightscene n after we came when we found our room in different condition firstly they deny then say how can we come to know if our guest goes away.they didnt consider it wrong at all.
in many hotels we find that only in our absence they go in our room for cleaning that too with prior permission only if we want that but here they can enter your room any time by using master key even they not sure someone inside it or not just imagine how worst it can be.
nothing is worthy here to go whether its room, staff specially the person at reception or anything.
