They took 1 month and 1 week to deliver my products (bedroom set) with a Chest (4 drawer). Next day after delivery a person came to install the products and found that the Chest (Swiss chest of drawer vtf 4dw) had a damaged plank (one side of the chest was broken) and the very same day I raised complaint with them. I insisted that they replace it that day itself. I have been told that in 2/3 days it will be replaced. After 5 days I called and I have been informed that their SLA is 1 week and so I should check only on completion of one week time. On 8th day I called and I have been told that the part is supposed to come from Mumbai and they have not yet received it. The executive promised that she will call me back next day to let me know when exactly I will get the part reinstalled. The call never came.
Till 14th day I made multiple calls and I got same answer that next day someone will call me and let me know when this will be done.Today on 21st day the executives (Asha and Store Manager Madhu) behaved pretty bad. They said they can not do anything. I just wanted to know when will I get this fixed!! When I said that I will complaint against them, the store manager laughed at me saying "yes, please do it".
On the receipt there are 2 Customer care numbers which always return saying "this number is busy".
