I had called up the HP Gas IVR yday to book my Gas Cylinder and was told that I need to contact the agency. On calling the agency, I was shocked to be told that my gas connection was suspended as we were using pipe gas. Inspite of telling them that my society did not have that facility, the agency insisted that I needed to submit an application with ID & Add proof etc for reinstating the connection.
This morning, I registered a complaint with the HP website, and yippie! the gas cylinder was delivered at 3.30 pm. Really amazed with the quick action.I could see the trail mails reg the actions taken on their Track complaints page.
