Thebank has a good service as I open acount 2015 in which I using this bank as my primary bank for my mother and papa account so I used to go to bank and they help me alot to solve the problem but the charges for proccessing fee is high because it is a private bank it charges very high and sometimes the they take more time to resolve your problem because they are not the best but not the worst . it can said that if yuo are a normal account holder you can make an account to the icici bank but not for the heavy work.the service of atm or netbanking is good they give you all thing but thecharges are high.
