I’m not aware of the quality of the services provided by ICICI, but I’m sure that they have the most ATM stalls (I say it ) in every nook and corner of the city.
I think its the only factor that makes it safe and surviving. I have a different story regarding the ATMs available in almost all the bus stops and petrol bunks in the city. Each ATM has its own way of operations, in one swallows the card and asks to do all the operations and finally spits it out. Other asks to swipe the card then do your transaction, swipe it again to get your output (i.e is cash / transaction details print). The congested screen of ATM is not at all usable.
The transaction statements provided by the bank is ridiculous when compared to other banks. It doesn’t have the transaction details which any one would be asking for (I wonder why the heck do they send them??)
Finally, when compared to the service of a foreign bank which I have an account, ICICI is in a very poor state in terms of the customer satisfaction.
