I downgraded my dealings with this Bank in 2014 consequent to a series of unpleasant experiences-1. fraudulent ICICI Pru form signings 2. pestilent follow up for investments 3. not handling simple issues like address change 4. harassing endlessly and not changing funds from NRO to NRE despite submission of valid Form 15ca and 15 cb. Fast forward to Jan 2023, I visit a nearby branch to close my Demat accounts and change status of NRE to Res status. Two months and several mails later, nothing has moved. About ICICI personnel, less said the better. I think my cleaners are more well informed and better behaved. This is a Bank that you should avoid like you would any virus.at the very least this Bank will drive you insane. Nothing works here except bullxxxxxxxx
