I got a call from ICICI credit card (CC) division and they made me apply for a CC. They promised a limit of 1-1.5 Lac since my monthly was 40K. Finally, I got a silver card with a limit of 20K. That was sheer embarrassment for me.
I called them to get the card canceled. But they advised me to keep it with me because it was free of cost. I just threw it somewhere in my house and never used that again.
They promise something and finally give entirely different thing. Their customer service sucks. I have had enough experiences of this sort with their other products as well so finally I have relieved myself with this nonsense bank. Now I feel very happy and satisfied for not being a ICICI customer.
I shall not encourage anyone to be a part of this bank and try some other organization instead. In case you have to do so, be prepared for the worst of worst.
