I am fed up of ICICI bank. I am regretting for applying a loan in ICICI bank. They charge customers for their faults. Dirtiest bank. never ever deal with ICICI bank. Never give new PDCs when you do not get your old PDCs.
They realized both my old cheque and new cheque the same month, and when I asked for the extra amount to be credited back, they take their own sweet time to give back. Bl*ody h*ll!. They just keep raising their interest rates, and if we delay in giving the extra payment to them even by a day, they charge late payment charges.
But why is that this stupid and idiotic bank pay the interest amount for taking more money from customer’s account. B*stards. the customer care also do not know to talk. Maybe there is a training given to all employees how to behave badly with the customers. I always tell even my enemies to not to deal with ICICI bank.
