Honestly, this is one of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. The phone banking and internet banking rarely work, and customer service is completely unhelpful. The ATM machines are often out of order, and even simple tasks take too long. I regret opening my account here — it’s very frustrating dealing with such outdated and slow services.
