Since I returned to India recently, I have been trying out some of the popular online shopping sites with great success and satisfaction. Impressed, especially by their customer service and logistics. And then there was INFIBEAM.COM. What a nightmare and joke!
They make it so easy to buy and once you bought it and you want to exchange or return, then suddenly they stop responding to your emails or repeat the same cookie cutter responses over the phone. Don’t be fooled by their exchange/return policies.
I should have read the online reviews prior to using them. Now I can feel everyone’s pain and frustration. They need to know that there are repercussions and as customers we should spread the word for everyone else’s sake.
