I had purchased 3 items from jabong. Two of those did not meet my expectations, so I wanted to return those. I initiated a return. I packed the two tops together in the same jabong packaging and kept it with my husband. The courier person came with a slip(my husband did not check that it had mention only of one top), my husband handed over the parcel containing the two tops to the courier person who came for the reverse pickup. After around two days a refund was initiated only for one top.So I wrote to jabong. They denied receiving the 2nd top. And say that I have denied the reverse pickup of the second top, when the courier did not come a second time at all.
I have been asking them to provide proof that I have denied the second pickup. Which they are not providing. Also they are not providing footage of the returned parcel being opened to show that the parcel had only one top in it.
The fight with jabong has been on for almost 15 days now. They are cheaters and liars. Do not trust them. Stop ordering on Jabong. The offers may be tempting, but if you have to return a parcel, you will land into trouble. So be careful and think 10 times before ordering on jabong.
They even blocked my email id as I was sending them follow-up mails to check on the refund. I had to write on twitter to unblock it. This is how jabong treats their valued customer. And this royal treatment is after being their customer since 10th Jan’14.
