My experience with jabong was really worse. I ordered a t-shirt from jabong .when I selected the t-shirt the design that was displayed on the website was good but when they delivered the t-shirt I was shocked to see that the design and the printed part was completely different . customer service is totally bad . product quality was just average. delivery timeliness was ok .compare to other e-commerce website like flipkart and myntra the user interface and customer support is not up to the mark. the product relability was good but overall I was not covinced. their return policy is just S*T.
