Though the outlet of kathleen in lake town is a very old one. Its quality and the percentage of giving fresh products are detoriating days after days.Earlier they served the best fresh quality snacks and cakes and now , what happened to their quality ? Its an incident of not more than 5 days.While returning from work at 9: 00 PM , I was very hungry so I went to the lake town outlet of kathleen. There I saw that they were taking preparation for closing the shop.I ordered a chocolate mousse , and a chicken patties. They didnt put it in the microwave as they told that it was out of service. I have to eat the cold food. The patties was having a bad smell. After getting the smell , I asked the shop uncle that whether this is fresh or not.He replied me that all the patties are the earlier days product , the earlier day they had no sale so thats why they didnt took the fresh patties that day.After listening to him I threw it in the dustbin and went away. My money was wasted.They do not even bother about people’s health. The thing that they only bother is money and nothing else.
