I have bought 1 mobile, note3 from kaunsa site on 10 oct . for a month. Thereafter, they chose to remain silent. After lodging a complaint on akosha, I got a mobile after 50 days of my order . The product I ordered was a mobile with 2 quad core processor, full hd screen, 2 gb ram, 5mp cam and lot many sensors, whereas the product which I got was having a resolution of 800*400 256, mb ram, 2 mp camera and all sensors missing.
When I complained, they asked me to return the mobile, which I did. So, now the same has been received by them but they have again stopped responding to my mails. Please do not buy anything from this site
