The Lake Mall is a pretty new addition to the mall culture in South Kolkata. Previously is was a local market for the nearby locality. But later on it was made a permanent market along with the mall in the above floors.
I like the multiplex in Lake mall. Its Cinepolis, also present in Acropolis mall. Its tickets are reasonable and can be afforded by college goers on even school students. I f you want to bunk your school or college and go to a decent place to spend time, Cinepolis is a perfect option. Just a tip for the school students- change your school uniform before entering the mall otherwise they won’t allow you.
This mall is small in size as compared to others. It has an anchor store, Big Bazaar store which is spread across 2 floors.
I found few options available in the food court.
Parking is very costly here. They charge double the charges charged by other malls.
