I think if company remove only single problem then it would be the best ever mobile in Market. Problem is really annoying, because it is overheating. This problem occur when you play lots of games and spend more time on watching videos. It is my personal experience that sometimes it gets so much heat up that you are unable to keep it on.
Anyhow in terms of design it is really good looking and slim. Front camera is not good, but rear camera works really nice. Brightness is also low, so in my opinion it is mid range mobile.
