In my home I have this model Air cooler. LG support and service is some time very good but again some time engineers are not punctual. As for as AC machine is concerned it gives good cooling and also sound is also negligible. Reliability is a measure factor maintenance is very high. Because, it has water leakage problem as well as start issue. So, I have to call frequently LG engineers to resolve my issue. Still it a value for money AC.
